1When to renew
Check the expiry date in your player, since many apps display it on the account or settings screen, or ask support on WhatsApp. Renew a few days before that date rather than on game night: a new line still needs activation, which usually takes about 10 minutes, and you will want time to update each device. Because nothing renews by itself, the reminder is yours to set, and a phone alert a week ahead is the easiest habit. If your line has already stopped, you can still buy a term at any point, and there is no penalty for a gap.
2Extend your line or buy a new term
There are two routes. The first is to message support on WhatsApp at +44 7577 326684 with your username and ask whether your existing line can be extended; support will explain the options and the price for the term you want. Mention your screen count and preferred term up front so the answer covers exactly what you need. The second route is to buy a fresh 1, 3, 6 or 12-month term at checkout on iptvservices.online. A new purchase arrives by email with its own login details, just like your first order. Renewal is also a good moment to change your screen count or move to a longer term with a lower monthly rate.
3Keep your devices set up
If you receive new login details, you only need to update each player, not start over. Open the playlist or user profile in the app and edit the username, password and server URL, or add the new login as a second profile and delete the old one once the new one plays. Some players keep favorites per profile, so jot down your favorite channels before switching. On a MAG box, send the MAC address to support again so the portal can be set up for your renewed line. Update one device first, confirm channels and the guide load, then repeat on the rest.
